Cheque book: loss or theft

  1. Report the loss at BECM

  2. Confirm the report in writing immediately.
  3. As soon as you have cancelled the cheque book, remember to order a new cheque book through BecmOnline if you have a subscription. You will receive one within four or five working days.

In the event of a theft, you should lodge a complaint with the police or gendarmerie (in France). In other countries, contact the consular authorities or police to report the theft.
